Eligibility & Age Requirement

All services of adds7 are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Participation by minors on this platform is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a valid and active account holder.
• You must participate personally, on your own behalf, and using your own financial resources.
• If you are a professional athlete, referee, or employee of any gaming organization, use of this platform may be restricted.

Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Account Creation

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If incorrect information is provided, adds7 reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification

adds7 may request the following documents for identity verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie or photograph.
• Proof of the mobile number linked to your payment method.
• Proof of address documents where required.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. All information submitted by the user will remain secure and confidential.

2.3 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

adds7 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Funds must be sent only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳8,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing a total of ৳37,500 in bets.
• Winnings related to the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer must be used within its clearly defined validity period.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be used at the same time will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• adds7 reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The adds7 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback benefits can be earned through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Higher tiers can be reached gradually through regular and active participation.

Game Rules & Fair Play

adds7 operates on the basis of full transparency and fairness. All games and betting markets are verifiable and operated without any manipulation.

• All bets will be considered final unless cancellation is required due to a technical error.
• The decision of adds7 regarding the outcome of any event will be considered final.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, adds7 reserves the right to cancel that game round or bet and refund the participants.
• If players have any complaints, they can be submitted via 24/7 live chat or email.
• Market rules in cricket betting are determined in accordance with the international rules of the relevant sport.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account may be immediately closed and the associated funds forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Playing or placing bets with the help of any software, bot, or automated system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activity.
• Playing using third-party funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by adds7

adds7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If the information or documents required for KYC verification are not submitted.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Under the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the user's own request (in the case of self-exclusion).

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining valid balance (subject to bonus conditions being met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

adds7 is committed to ensuring the highest standard of service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• If the internet connection is disrupted or service is interrupted due to technical issues with a third party.
• In the event of an unexpected technical error or system failure.
• In cases of unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own actions.
